NW Transcription’s Story
NW Transcription was created for those seeking a transcription and captioning solution that truly cares about quality and the customers’ individual needs. Every client has a different reason for seeking services and it’s our job to custom-tailor your project and make your life easier. That’s why we have adopted the mantra, “Quality is the Difference.”
NW Transcription is based out of South Bend, Indiana, and owned by Nathan Wertz, who has over a decade’s worth of experience in the transcription and captioning fields and forever remains steadfast in his allegiance to the Oxford comma. To give you the cliff notes, Nathan’s journey into transcription began in his formidable university years while working for a county courthouse as an editor. Seeing the opportunities available to him, Nathan pursued a Certified Electronic Recorder License (CER) in the State of Michigan, which he still holds to this day. After receiving his degree in Business Administration, Nathan decided to actively pursue a career in transcription and captioning, which culminated into the launch of NW Transcription.
Nathan also spearheads a military transition interview series for Military.com, which focuses on veterans and their transitions out of the military. A sampling can be found here.
